At OddBalls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and face masks cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
